T.M. Blanchet is an award-winning humor columnist, a former reporter and editor, and a producer at A Mighty Blaze (AMightyBlaze.com), an initiative created in 2020 to help writers and indie bookstores reach readers during the Covid-19 pan-demic. T.M. is also the host of A Mighty Blaze Podcast, which features weekly interviews with authors like John Irving, Cheryl Strayed, Anna Quindlen, and Yaa Gyasi.
In 2013, T.M. founded Operation Delta Dog (OperationDeltaDog.org), a nonprofit organization with a mission to rescue shelter dogs and train them to work as service dogs for disabled veterans. The organization has since placed more than 50 trained dogs with New England veterans suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD, and related conditions.
