Kombucha and orange juice are a fun variation to the classic mule cocktail, which is traditionally made with ginger beer, lime juice, and vodka. Orange, grapefruit, tangerine, blood orange—use any freshly squeezed citrus juice that you have on hand. Then serve over ice, and garnish with fresh lime slices or wedges.
Ice
3/4 cup (6 ounces) ginger beer
1/2 cup citrus or ginger kombucha
1/2 cup fresh orange or grapefruit juice
6 tablespoons (3 ounces) vodka
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Fill two copper mule mugs with ice. Divide the ginger beer, kombucha, orange juice, vodka, and lime juice evenly between the mugs; stir to combine.
