Ken Blanchard, one of the most influential leadership experts in the world, is the coauthor of the iconic bestseller The One Minute Manager and more than sixty other books that have combined sales of more than twenty-one million copies in forty-two languages. In 2005 he was inducted into Amazon’s Hall of Fame as one of the top twenty-five bestselling authors of all time.
Ken is the cofounder and chief spiritual officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies, an international training and consulting firm that he and his wife, Margie, began in 1979 in San Diego, California. In addition to being a renowned speaker and consultant, Ken is also cofounder of Lead Like Jesus, a global ministry committed to helping people become servant leaders.
Born in New Jersey and raised in New Rochelle, New York, Ken received a master’s degree from Colgate University and a bachelor’s and PhD from Cornell University.
