ABOUT THE AUTHOR

 

Lydia Netzer was born in Detroit and educated in the Midwest. She spent many nights, dark and bright, in Toledo, Ohio, but now lives in Virginia with her husband, her homeschooled children, two Boston terriers, and a Morgan horse. Her first novel, Shine Shine Shine, was a New York Times Notable Book and a Los Angeles Times Book Prize finalist.
