Chipotle-Lime Aioli
INGREDIENTS:
1 small clove garlic
2 small chipotle peppers in adobo
½ teaspoon adobo sauce
1 cup Homemade Mayonnaise
¾ teaspoon grated lime zest
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
DIRECTIONS:
- In the bowl of a mini food processor, pulse the garlic, chipotle peppers, and adobo sauce until finely chopped. Add the mayonnaise, lime zest, and lime juice and pulse until smooth. Keep refrigerated until ready to use. Aioli should last, depending on how fresh the homemade mayonnaise is, for 2 to 3 days.
