Lemon, Garlic & Herb Compound Butter

Perfect on top of veggies or seafood, or to rub over chicken before cooking.

INGREDIENTS:

8 tablespoons (1 stick) salted butter, at room temperature

Zest of 1 lemon

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Leaves from 1 sprig fresh thyme, chopped (about ½ teaspoon)
