Turkey, Chutney & Cheddar Paninis

8 (1-ounce) slices rye bread

½ pound thinly sliced skinless smoked turkey breast

4 ounces shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese

8 large watercress sprigs, trimmed

¼ cup Major Grey’s chutney

4 teaspoons fat-free mayonnaise

1  Preheat panini maker to high.

2  Spray one side of each slice of bread with nonstick spray. Place, sprayed side down, on work surface. Divide turkey evenly among 4 slices of bread. Top evenly with Cheddar and watercress. Stir together chutney and mayonnaise in small bowl; spread evenly on remaining 4 slices of bread. Cover each sandwich with slice of bread, sprayed side facing up. Place sandwiches in panini maker. Close lid and cook until bread is well marked and crisp and cheese is melted, about 4 minutes. Cut each sandwich in half.

Add 2 thin slices of red onion to each sandwich.
