FYI  Orange-flower water is an essential ingredient in Middle Eastern cooking, especially desserts and drinks. It is made from the distillation of fresh bitter-orange blossoms. A little orange-flower water turns lemonade into an exotic drink and is an important ingredient in the drink Ramos Gin Fizz. It can be found in specialty food stores and in Middle Eastern markets.
