A word about the author…

Dr. Kimberlee Mendoza is the Dean of the School of Languages and Literature/Associate Professor of English at Wayland Baptist University where she teaches writing. When she is not working in education, she moonlights as an inspirational speaker, a graphic designer for the Wild Rose Press, a novelist of more than a dozen books, a playwright for sixteen plays, and the author a few non-fiction books, including Teaching Squirrels: How to Engage Generation Z and Create Lasting Engagement. She is also a US Army veteran. It is her biggest mission in life to help people discover their passion and then walk with them.
