Warm-up: Run 5 minutes
Push-Up/Squat Pyramid 1–20 with 25 meter run in between sets: 1/1 Push-Up/Squat; run 25 meters; 2/2 Push-Ups/Squats; run 25 meters; 3/3 Push-Up/Squat; run 25 meters; 4/4 Push-Up/Squat; run 25 meters…on every 5th set, do max Dips and Pull-Ups
Lightweight shoulders
Push/Pull/Leg/Core PT
Repeat 4 times
Pull-Ups – max
Push Press (10) or Hand Stand Push-Ups (10)
Squats (25) with no weight
Sit-Ups 1 minute OR Plank Pose – 1 minute
