Quinoa and chocolate cake (without milk or wheat flour)

Ingredients
1/2l soy milk (vanilla flavoured, or flavour it yourself)
100g of cocoa powder
4 tablespoons cane sugarcomplete
6 eggs
100g of quinoa (variant, 100g of chestnut flour, I prefer)
Olive oil
Preparation
Heat the milk with the flour, sugar, quinoa and cocoa in a saucepan. Mix well and add the egg yolks.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, add them to the preparation.
Put the whole in a mould oiled with olive oil.
Cook for 20 minutes at thermostat 5 (150°C).
