Coconut Brownie

Ingredients
100g pastry chocolate
250g powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 bag of yeast
100g of flour
1 pinch of salt
1sachet of vanilla sugar
100g of chopped nuts
50g of coconut
Preparation
Start by melting the chocolate with a tablespoon of milk.
Meanwhile, break the eggs in a bowl and beat them as if to make an omelette. Then add salt and yeast.
Stir in the sugar and stir until the mixture whitens.
Add the flour little by little and mix well so as to obtain a dough without lumps.
Turn on the oven at thermostat 7/8 (220°C).
Then add the melted chocolate to the previous mixture. Finally add the chopped nuts and the coconut.
Pour the preparation either into small moulds or into a square dish. If you don't use silicone moulds, don't forget to butter the dish beforehand.
Cook for 20 minutes. First of all, the brownie must not be overcooked inside.
