Eggs have always been an important part of Easter traditions. The egg has symbolized the promise of new life to many cultures over the centuries. An egg seems to be a lifeless object and yet life bursts forth when a chick hatches. The chick is cute and lively soon after it hatches from its egg.
1. Have an adult help you get half an eggshell. Be sure that it has been rinsed clean and dried. Set it aside where it will not get broken.
