Lent is observed by many churches as a time of fasting, which means that some meals are purposely missed or certain foods are not eaten. Easter marks the end of Lent. Many families celebrate the end of Lent with an Easter feast. In many countries, children wake up on Easter morning to find a basket full of treats, eggs, and other surprises. This Easter place mat can be set out for your Easter basket or as a place setting for your Easter feast.
