Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, V, NF
1 tbsp.
1 small chopped onion
1 chopped carrot
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 chopped green bell pepper
1/2 chopped red bell pepper
1 chopped celery stalk
1/4 tbsp. chili powder
1 cup chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup raw kidney beans
1/4 tbsp. ground cumin
1/4 teaspoons oregano
1/4 teaspoons crushed basil leaves
Instructions
Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
