Slow cooked Squash, Cauliflower and Peppers Coconut Curry

  Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, NF
Curry Paste
•  1 cups peeled, chopped squash
•  1 cup thick coconut milk
1 tbsp.
• 1 tbsp. raw
• 1 pound tomatoes
•  1/2 cup brown rice, uncooked
• 1/2 cup chopped Cauliflower
•  1/2 cup chopped Green Peppers
Cilantro for topping
Instructions
Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 Hrs.
