Slow cooked Chia, Flax & Broccoli

Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1 cup broccoli florets
• 1 small chopped onion
• 1 tbsp.
oil
• 1 cup healthy casserole sour cream
• 1/4 cup flax seeds meal
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
Instructions
Put broccoli and onions in the slow cooker dish, mix sour cream, flax and chia seeds, pour sauce on top, cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
