Minced Pork, Tomato & Red Peppers Stew
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1 cup quartered tomatoes
• 1/4 cup chopped onions
• 1 tbsp.
coconut
oil
•3/4 cup chopped red peppers
• Salt, ground black pepper and ground cumin to taste
• 1/2 cup shredded carrots
• 1 pound minced pork meat
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
