Broccoli, Pork & Peppers
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1/2 cup sliced yellow and orange peppers
• 1/4 cup chopped onions
• 1 tbsp.
coconut oil
• Salt, ground black pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup beef stock
• 1/2 pound pork chops
• 1/2 pounds pork neck
• 1 Tbsp. minced garlic.
• 1 cup broccoli florets
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
