Slow Cooked Carnitas
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1 cup chopped onions
• 1 tbsp.
coconut oil
• Salt, ground black pepper to taste
• 1/2 pounds pork shoulder
• 1/2 pounds pork neck
• 1/4 Jalapeno pepper, chopped (to taste).
• 1 Tsp. minced garlic.
• 1/2 Tsp. ground cumin.
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
