Seafood & Mushrooms Stew
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1/2 pound seabass
• 1 Tbsp. olive oil
• 1/4 cup shrimp
• 1 squid, cut into rings
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
• 1 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1/4 cup sliced carrots
• 1/2 cup sliced Portobello mushrooms
• 1 Tsp. grated ginger
• 1/4 lime - juice
• 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
• 1/2 cups fish broth
• 1/4 cup white wine
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 4 hours.
