Moroccan Lamb & Mushrooms Stew
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1/2 cups chopped onions
• 2 tbsp. coconut oil
• Salt, ground black pepper to taste
• 1 pound lamb neck meat
• 1/4 tsp. each: cumin, coriander, fennel seeds
• 1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes (to taste).
• 1/4 cup dried apricots
• 1/2 cup beef broth
• 1/4 cup tomato paste.
• 1/2 cups whole mushrooms
• 1/4 cup cilantro
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours. Sprinkle with cilantro.
