Spicy Beef Stew – Yukgaejang (Korean Recipe)
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1/2 cups dried shiitake mushrooms
• 1/4 cup chopped onions
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 1/2 Tsp. minced ginger
• 1/2 cups green onions, cut in half
• 1 tsp. sesame oil
• 1/2 cups sprouts
• 2 Tsp. Fish sauce, hot pepper flakes to taste
• 1/2 cups chicken stock
• 1 pound beef brisket
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
