Teriyaki Chicken & Carrots
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1/2 cup sliced carrots
• 1 Tsp. minced ginger & 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 Tsp. honey
• 1 Tbsp. rice or apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp.
coconut oil
• 1/4 cup onions, chopped
• 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
• 1/2 cup chicken stock & 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (optional)
• 1 pound chicken meat
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
