Chicken Fennel Stew
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1/2 cup sliced fennel (bulb and tops)
• 1/4 cup sliced carrot
• 1/2 cups chopped onions
• Salt, 1 Tsp. ground pepper and 1 minced garlic clove
• 1/2 cups chicken broth
• 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
• 1 pound dark chicken meat
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
