Shrimp & Peppers
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1/2 cup sliced red peppers
• 1/4 cup sliced carrot
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
• Salt & 1 Tsp. ground pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup sliced green peppers
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 1/2 cup fish broth
• 1 pound shrimp
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
