Hong Shao Rou Pork Stew
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1 cup sliced leeks
• 1 sliced carrot
• 1 chopped green onion
• 1 Tsp. minced ginger
• Salt & 1/4 Tsp. ground pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup beef broth
• 1/2 cup red cooking wine
• 2 Tsp. fish sauce
• 1 pound pork belly, cubed
Instructions
Put all ingredients except green onions in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Sprinkle with green onions.
