Pork Jambalaya
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1/2 cups diced celery
• 1 sliced carrot
• 1/2 cup chopped onions & 1 clove minced garlic
• 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
• Salt & 1/4 Tsp. ground pepper to taste
• 1/2 cups beef broth & 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 1/4 Tsp. red pepper flakes &
• 1 pound pork shoulder
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
