Mixed Fish Stew
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1/2 cups sliced red peppers
• 1/4 cup sliced celery
• 1/4 cup shredded carrot
• 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
• 1/2 cups chopped leeks
• Salt & 1 Tsp. ground pepper to taste
• 1 cup fish broth
• 1 pound fish steaks, mixed (e.g. salmon, cod etc.)
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
