Ghormeh Sabzi – Persian Stew
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 3/4 cup spinach or kale
• 1/4 cup sliced green onions
• 1/4 cup chopped onions & 1 clove minced garlic
• 1 tsp. minced ginger
• Salt & 1 Tsp. ground pepper to taste
• 1/2 cups beef broth
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 Tsp. turmeric
• 1/4 cup cilantro
• 1/4 cup parsley
• 1 pound lamb or beef stewing meat
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
