Lamb, Basil, Parsley & Tomato Stew
Serves 2
Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1/2 cup chopped onions & 1 clove minced garlic
• 1/2 cup sliced red peppers
• Salt & 1/4 Tsp. ground pepper to taste
• 1 tomato, sliced or 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1 Tbsp. basil leaves
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1 pound lamb meat, cubed
Instructions
Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
