We focus our thoughts on Ganesha, the lord with one tusk. We meditate on Ganesha, the lord who has a curved trunk. May the one-tusked one guide us on the path toward spiritual light.

All traditional rituals begin by calling on Ganesha (also known as Ganapati), as he is the “breaker of obstacles” who helps you achieve success in your life.

Ganesha (“Gah-nesh” or “Gah-neshuh”) is usually pictured as a chubby boy with the head of an elephant. The story of Ganesha is explained in chapter three.
