FROZEN BERRY & YOGURT SWIRLS

These are great treats to have on a warm summer day. Use clementines for a change of color and taste.

Prep: 15 min. + freezing • Makes: 10 pops

3/4 cups fat-free honey Greek yogurt

10 plastic or paper cups (3 oz. each) and wooden pop sticks

1 cup mixed fresh berries

1/4 cup water

2 Tbsp. sugar

1. Divide yogurt among cups. Place the berries, water and sugar in a food processor; pulse until combined. Spoon over yogurt. Using a pop stick, stir the mixture to swirl.

2. Top cups with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.

Note: For Frozen Clementine & Yogurt Swirls, use 1 cup clementine segments (about 5 medium, seeded if necessary) and 1/4 cup orange juice in place of berries, water and sugar; proceed as directed.
