Dreams do come true

Another dream has come true… I was so inspired to make something great for all the enthusiastic #powerfoodies out there who shared their Power Food creations and kept asking me for new recipes. You guys believe in me and that gives me such an amazing amount of energy. A third book was definitely in order and I hope it’s the answer to, at least, some of your questions. I love you guys!

Before I give myself all the credit, I did not create this book on my own. I worked on this little gem with the very same power team behind Power Food and Power Food from Friesland to New York. Thank you, sweet Bülent, Anne, Tanja, Renske, Cecile, Pim, Lieke, Yvonne, and Unieboek|Het Spectrum. When we started on this project, we thought we’d be working on a short, little book. But thanks to your effort and skills, the book took on a life of its own. I’m so proud of us! I am endlessly grateful. I couldn’t do it without you. Just so you know.
