Chocolate, cherries and raspberries taste great together and, as an added bonus, are a healthy mix of antioxidants, fibre, vitamins and minerals. The skin will benefit from their ability to cleanse and revive.
3 good handfuls of frozen pitted dark cherries
1 good handful of raspberries
1 large handful of baby spinach leaves
400 ml/1⅔ cups plain bio yogurt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon raw cacao powder (see page 15)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon toasted oats, sprinkled on top

Put the cherries, raspberries, spinach, yogurt, cinnamon, cacao powder and vanilla into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve sprinkled with the toasted oats.
