Just a single Brazil nut a day provides the recommended amount of the mineral selenium, which is excellent for the brain and a great mood enhancer.
1 small handful of goji berries
200 ml/generous ¾ cup plain bio yogurt
150 ml/⅔ cup coconut drinking milk
3 Brazil nuts
1 tablespoon hemp protein powder (see page 18)
2 handfuls of blueberries
1 teaspoon blackcurrant powder (see page 18)
1 teaspoon camu camu powder (see page 15)

Soak the goji berries in 4 tablespoons warm water for 30 minutes until softened. Put the goji, soaking water, yogurt, coconut drinking milk, Brazil nuts, hemp protein powder, blueberries, blackcurrant powder and camu camu powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
