2 red (bell) peppers, deseeded cut into long wedges
4 carrots, peeled and halved lengthways
1 celery stick, halved crossways
2.5-cm/1-inch piece fresh root ginger, peeled and halved
½ medium red chilli/chile, deseeded and finely chopped
1–2 teaspoons spirulina powder (see page 18)

Juice the red (bell) peppers, carrots, celery and ginger, then stir in the chilli/chile and spirulina.
