Skin detox

If your juicer struggles with leafy greens, it’s a good idea to alternate adding the greens with the grapes, to help it on its way. Spinach and cabbage are a surprising source of omega-3 fats, which help to keep skin healthy and plump.

2 handfuls of seedless white grapes

4 handfuls of spinach leaves

2 pears, peeled, cored and cut into long wedges

4 handfuls of sweetheart cabbage, shredded

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons powdered greens (see page 17)

SERVES 2

Juice the grapes, spinach, pears and cabbage. Stir in the lemon juice and powdered greens.
