I CAN DO THIS. THIS is the right thing to do. As Amethyst cleaned up the mess Collin created, her heart settled with her wolf. Love filled her soul with every breath. The thought of losing Walter had hurt too damn much. Her wolf pushed images of mating with Walter and for the first time, Amethyst agreed the time was right. She liked being close to him and for the first time in a while, sleep came easily to her. Her mind wandered back to him going still when she mentioned kids before they completed the imprint. Later once she woke up she planned on calling in. She needed to take the day to really get to know her mate. And find out what he really wanted from their relationship. Dreams of Walter filled her mind but he acted odd every time she brought up kids, then he walked away in her dreams. Hesitation simmered in her stomach, while she debated what she had done.
