Makes 4 to 6 servings
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1-1/4 oz. pkg. chicken gravy mix
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. white wine or chicken broth
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
cooked pasta or rice
Place chicken in a slow cooker. Sprinkle gravy mix over chicken; add soup and wine or broth. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours. Add cream cheese 30 minutes before serving. Remove chicken from slow cooker; vigorously whisk sauce. Serve chicken and sauce over hot, cooked pasta or rice.
