Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbs. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon zest
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a glass jar. Place the lid on the jar and shake until the dressing is well combined. Store the dressing covered in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
You can substitute orange juice and orange zest for the lemon juice and lemon zest if desired.
