Lemon Molasses Dressing


Makes 1 cup


Ingredients


1 tsp. grated lemon zest

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup molasses

2 tbs. olive oil

2 tbs. minced shallots

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper


Directions


Add all the ingredients to a small bowl. Whisk until well combined. Store the dressing in the refrigerator no more than 5 days. The dressing must be served at room temperature. If the dressing is chilled, allow the dressing to come to room temperature before serving.


Stir the dressing before serving.
