Makes about 1 1/4 cups
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbs. whole milk
2 tbs. minced chives
1-2 tbs. horseradish
Directions
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, chives and 1 tablespoon horseradish to a small bowl. Whisk until well combined. Refrigerate until chilled. Taste the dressing and stir in the additional tablespoon horseradish if desired. Chill the dressing for 1 additional hour if you add the remaining horseradish.
The dressing will keep covered in the refrigerator about 1 week.
