Makes about 3 cups
Ingredients
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbs. granulated sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Using a mixer on medium speed, beat until the dressing is smooth and fluffy. This takes about 3 minutes on my mixer. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dressing until well chilled.
Try this dressing on your favorite sandwiches or burgers. It is also good over baked potatoes or as a dipping sauce for french fries.
