Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbs. granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2/3 cup fresh orange segments
Directions
Add the salt, celery seeds, paprika, black pepper, onion, garlic, granulated sugar and vegetable oil to a bowl. Stir until well combined. Let the dressing sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
In a blender, add the orange segments and lemon juice. Process until the oranges are pureed. Whisk the puree into the dressing after it has set for 1 hour. Strain the puree if desired. Store the dressing covered in the refrigerator.
