Italian Salad Dressing


Makes 1 cup


Ingredients


1/2 cup olive oil

2 tbs. minced onion

1 tbs. grated Parmesan cheese

2 tsp. salt

3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

3/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed

3/4 tsp. dry mustard

3/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed

3/4 tsp. salt

3/4 tsp. black pepper

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 tbs. lemon juice


Directions


In a blender, add the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, onion, salt, Worcestershire sauce, basil, dry mustard, oregano, salt and black pepper. Blend for 30 seconds. Add the red wine vinegar and lemon juice. Blend for 30 seconds.


Store the dressing covered in the refrigerator up to 10 days.
