Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
1/2 cup mashed ripe avocado
1 tbs. fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions
Add all the ingredients to the blender container. Blend until smooth and well combined. Store the dressing covered in the refrigerator no more than 2 days.
