Romano Dressing


This dressing is thick so do not expect a thin dressing.


Makes a little over 2 cups


Ingredients


2 cups freshly grated Romano cheese

1 1/3 cups vegetable oil

1/3 cup olive oil

4 tbs. lemon juice

2 garlic cloves


Directions


Add all the ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Whisk until combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or about 12 hours. Remove the garlic cloves after refrigeration.


Add the dressing to a blender. Blend until well combined. Use as a dressing or a dip for vegetables.
