Soy Sauce Dressing


Makes about 2 cups


Ingredients


1 stalk celery with leaves

1 small onion, quartered

1 green bell pepper, quartered

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 tbs. fresh lemon juice

2 tbs. sesame seed butter

2 tbs. soy sauce


Directions


Cut the celery stalk into 2" pieces. Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth and combined. The dressing should be thick and creamy.


Store the dressing no longer than 4 days covered in the refrigerator.
