Makes 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
2 tbs. orange juice
1 tbs. white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. chili powder
3 tbs. chopped canned green chiles
Directions
Add the mayonnaise, orange juice, vinegar and chili powder to a small bowl. Whisk until well combined. Stir in the green chiles. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until the dressing is chilled.
This dressing is excellent with chicken salad, as a sandwich spread or over any salad greens.
